Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with tea, nourishing bone broth, and light bites before being guided through an energetic clearing and a period of quiet reflection. From there, you'll enter our ceremonial space, where your own luxurious resting place awaits—a twin size bed with plush pillows and soft blankets. Our approximately 75-minute sound immersion is guided by Meri, a practitioner whose work is rooted in a lifelong relationship with sound, deep listening, and the restorative power of vibration. Drawing on years of dedicated practice and a profound understanding of the human experience, Mary approaches her work with exceptional care, integrity, and sensitivity. A gentle opening meditation invites you to settle into the experience, followed by an immersive sound journey and spacious time for slow, intentional reintegration afterwards. The ceremony continues beyond the sound itself, as we gather around the table for a lovingly prepared farm-to-table dinner featuring seasonal salad, locally baked bread, slow-braised meat, nourishing soup, and a small sweet bites.
